Video Game Review: Undertow

It isn't quite as good as I was expecting from some of the online hype, but it's still a teriffic new game exclusively in the Xbox 360 arcade. The kids and I downloaded it and beat the entire game in about an hour and a half, but there's some solid replay value there and it was great fun.Basically it's a Geometry Wars style shooter with Territories from Halo mixed in - all set in the undersea domain. Super fun, genuinitely pretty creative and overall a solid presentation. The only big drawback was the quality of the voices, which must have been super compressed to make it in the game. Still though, I would take that over reading a ton of text.
Enjoyable, if quite short game. B+
