Every day at 10:50 I have a reminder set on my Outlook Express asking me if I've made a positive difference in our church culture - have I led from the middle and exhibited upward influence. A buddy of mine has one set at 3:10 to call his wife and tell her he loves her. Another has one at 6:05 that reminds her to take a pill. Do you have any reminders set? Any daily alarms other than waking up?

I don't currently have any alarms set. However, I need to figure out some way to link your blog with Outlook so if I'm logged onto your blog for more than two minutes it reminds that I need to get back to work.

Wow! I immediatly put in my calendar to call my wife. Today was my first day, she was numb from getting a new crown.
She said, "Why, what did you do?" after I told her I loved her.
This idea is awesome.

I actually sole your idea... At 11:00 am everyday I have "Who have you loved today?" pop up on my screen. It's very challenging, and rewarding (sometimes).
