Rick spent some time today walking the staff through the history of the church, it's various iterations over the years since it began and began to reveal where it's going in the future. Staff meetings are not usually my favorite, but I loved hearing about the history of our church - even if it was for the 5th time in the last two years. I just read your blog "Time Passes You By" and now I'm curious - how would you compare your press conference with the SFX guys to our staff meeting? How do you make sense out of the past, present, future in ministry?
