Mild...but not because I can't handle the heat. I just like that flavor the best. At REAL Mexican food places I definitely take it up a notch.

fire, but i never find it hot enough.. so if i've brought it home, i add my "Instant Death" sauce from louisiana... bottle says "add just a micro drop to any pot of food"
