We went up the long drive to LA (about 45 miles = 2.5 hours) and our first stop was the amazing Griddle Cafe in Hollywood. Famous for their pancakes, which cover the entire plate and are stacked 4 inches high. Pictured is the Oreo Stack ... I had "Gone Shrimping" a crazy mixture of egg whites, shrimp and some crazy green sauce. So good.JG

Oh Dear Lord those pancakes look amazing. Josh, we have to find a way to get all of us FOOD lovers together for a meal! Maybe Josh Treece can cook for us!
