It seems I've talked to a bunch of youth workers lately that are leaving their church or at least well into thinking about it. I happened to be listening to the Simply Strategic Podcast this morning at the gym and heard the show Simply Goodbye, where they talk about good exits as one of their key staff is leaving. Would make a good listen if you're in that boat or praying about what God has next.
