Microsoft has been an excellent company. Their software is always so reliable, bug free, and stylish. I am betting that the Zune will be similar.
I thnk this is the MP3 player for all irrational folk. -

Hahahaha ... actually, it'll be good to challenge the iPod, so Apple can make it even better. (read: adding wireless, helping iTunes perform better, adding incentives, discounts, etc).
A challenger is always a good thing!
