I don't think so. It's doing some crazy stuff. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. But, when you go to the link for the feedburner, #29 is not there.

Just heard there's an issue with the load balancer, so some people will get it (most likely through iTunes) and others will not. Our web monkeys are on it! :)
