It came off the bat so fast I could barely react, the line drive slammed into my calf at full speed. A man with lesser calves would have gotten by unharmed. We went on to win the game Friday night - I drew 3 walks (and had 3 pinch runners) of the 4 of my at bats Friday night. My leg was killing me! So this weekend it's been a combination of ice, compression and Advil liqui-gels. So far so good, I'm hoping to stop limping in a few days. Argh!JG
