The Verizon Text Vote on the jumbotron during today's afternoon game was ... "does your boss know you're at the game today?" The answer was .... yes ... either that or it was a REALLY long lunch at Chic-Fil-A.It was a great Angels game today (except they lost and are 1 1/2 games out) and a solid afternoon with friends. McGill, Jake and a friend all took in the sunshine in just 19 rows above the visitor's dugout. Good stuff - by far the best seats at a professional game I've ever sat in.
Of course this all means I've got plenty of work to do now! More on that as the night unfolds ...

Best seats I ever had to a pro game were 2 rows off the field. Of course, the game was between the KC Royals and the Minnesota Twins back in the 2000 season. For some reason, the Twins had trouble drawing a crowd to home games that year, and the Royals weren't much help, either.
