So the SYM team went to Fudruckers and I ordered up an ostrich burger. It was more or less a bet from Andy, but I love to eat new foods and this sure sounded like that qualified. Apparently they are selling pretty well. So I ate $4.99 worth of the flightless bird - which roughly equates to 1/3 lb on a sesame seed bun. How great is it that we live in a country that allows us to eat exotic animals on a whim for lunch? And it was actually pretty good, too!And the ostrich farmers rejoiced.
