Just finished up Own Your Faith by Mark Tabb - it's a book designed for seniors or college freshman, covering the transfer of ownership of parent's faith to their own. All in all it's a fair read, probably chapter 5's "Question Everything" was the most powerful in my time with it.
If you are thinking about a possible book for your upper class students to dive into in small groups, this might be part of a good final year curriculum. It wasn't quite as funny as I thought it would be reading the back cover, but a book that practically encourages students heading off into the great unknown to own their faith is fine by me. Good stuff.
